ABOUT THE EVENT:

Each year, PAVE organizes the Dating Violence Awareness Week (DVAW), a public education campaign aimed at raising awareness on dating violence and promoting healthy relationships. Due to the continuing COVID-19 restrictions, PAVE took the campaign to Facebook and Instagram to continue with its annual outreach event.

The theme for 2022 is DIGITAL ABUSE. Users engaged with various materials on what constitutes digital abuse and its impact. Information on healthy relationships in the digital space was also introduced, with interactive elements. A total of 1808 visitors accessed this social media platform.

While the event has concluded on 14 February 2022, the materials are nonetheless accessible to members of the public on PAVE’s Facebook and Instagram platforms.
